Fri, 2021-03-12 Assistant Commissioner of Police Antoine Daniels – “The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) is aware of social media messages currently circulating regarding a paedophile frequenting the Fort Hamilton area, which includes a description of the individual. The BPS is also aware of the individual in question, but cautions members of the public against sending such messages via social media – and instead, encourages the prompt reporting of any suspicious behaviour in your neighbourhood to 211, or 911 in an emergency. Residents are reminded that any acts of vigilante justice – in relation to any alleged or actual incident – that come to the attention of the police, will be appropriately investigated.”
