WEST FARGO — Four years after the city of West Fargo decided to begin sending its wastewater to Fargo and decommission its lagoon system, the city will begin the process this year.
After a meeting of city staff and commissioners on Jan. 25, Public Works Director Matt Andvik suggested completing the decommission in-house by hiring five new public works employees and one additional engineering staff member at the city commission's regular meeting, Tuesday, Feb. 16.
