(Fargo, ND) -- West Fargo Police officers arrested a man and woman on drug charges early Monday morning after chasing the couple in a car. The chase began just after midnight on Main Avenue, and ended a short time later after an officer stopped the suspect's car using a PIT (pursuit intervention technique) maneuver.
