Tonight is First Friday in downtown Dayton so you can explore the shopping, dining, drinks, and creative local arts scene at the independent, small businesses of downtown Dayton. And Saturday is the downtown Dayton Sidewalk Sale. This is an open-air experience that takes place throughout the streets in the downtown area. Retailers have merchandise for sale displayed in front of their storefronts; eateries offer take-away food and drink specials; roving entertainers including acoustic musicians and street magicians will be out on the streets. And there’s also a Trunk Art Show. More than 40 artists and artisans from across the Miami Valley are in Front Street for this Saturday event from 10am to 4pm.
