Where could the Hosmer House be moved in Lexington? : vimars

Three parcels were designated as “green,” indicating that they are the most buildable properties: 
Carmel Circle near Nickerson Road on the western side of town.  
116 Vine Street, also known as the Leary Property. This parcel has some wetlands, but Malloy said it conforms with zoning laws. It is located near Woburn Street to the east of Lexington Center. 
32 Lowell St. This parcel is legally conforming, Malloy said, but it would be a challenging move since it is so close to the Arlington town line.  
Some on the Board did not agree with Malloy’s assessment, stating that the parcels on Vine Street and Lowell Street were not viable.
