Penticton and District Society for Community Living chief executive officer Tony Laing said security cameras at Compass House, a 30-bed shelter located at 1706 Main St. recorded a man dumping a load of dog feces on the sidewalk just before noon yesterday, April 6. “Through our discussions, we identified who it was and as of today we have spoken to the individual and we did get an apology,” Laing said.
