Whitehorse RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspects who broke into Cobalt Construction’s premises. Over three nights – Dec. 28-30 – several suspects, using a stolen vehicle, entered the yard of Cobalt Construction and stole tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of property, police said Thursday afternoon. The premises are located off the Alaska Highway just north of Crestview. The vehicle involved is a beige 2009 Toyota Camry, with licence plate HML 66. Police have located video footage of three male suspects at the site and in possession of the stolen car. Suspect one is described as approximately five feet, nine inches to five feet, 11 inches tall wearing a black “Nike” hoodie, brown pants and black shoes.
