Why Is It OK To Toss This Trash in My Yard? Please stop! Every month, I walk to the end of my driveway, my yard, or my sidewalk (wherever it ended up) -- pick up the trash, dump the contents into my recycling bin, and throw the bag in with my plastic bag recycling. The cover says 'Shopping News.' LOL! News? It's a bunch of ads -- and NOTHING else. I take my dog for a walk and these things are everywhere. I'm pretty sure that if I drove around St. Cloud and threw crap in everybody's yard, I'd be hearing from City officials of some type.
