Why no arrests after 3 men 'stamped on' victim in Worcester garage attack?

POLICE have been criticised by a man who claims they did not act on witness accounts of three men “stamping on and beating” another man in Tolladine Road, Worcester.
The incident was attended by police and ambulance after reports of an assault on the grounds of the Texaco garage at around 7pm on Sunday, April 18.
Resident Azad Hussain said he called police when he saw the alleged assault and then called 101 after officers had arrived to express concern that the three men, who he says fled back into the garage shop, had not been arrested.
Mr Hussain said that happened after a flurry of people sitting outside the Virgin Tavern on the opposite side of the road had intervened, although he stressed no one other than the three men had been involved in the assault.
