Winchester kindergarten pre-registration set FacebookTwitterEmail WINCHESTER — Pre-registration for Winchester Elementary School’s 2021-22 kindergarten class will take place next month at the school. If a child did not attend pre-school locally, a packet will be available that must be completed before pre-registration begins. Registration will take place 3:30-5:30 p.m. April 13 at the school, 283 S. Elm St. Parents will need to bring a copy of the child’s official birth certificate and record of immunizations.
