Winslow fire lieutenant accused of stealing more than $12,000 from firefighters assocation

Shawn Stetson, 34, of Fairfield was arrested for allegedly having withdrawn more than $12,000 in cash from various accounts associated with the Winslow Firefighters Association, officials said Monday.
