Updated: 7:40 AM EDT May 10, 2021 WXII12.com Web Staff Winston-Salem police are investigating a shooting that injured three people in the early hours of Monday morning.Officers responded to the 600 block of Chandler Street in reference to a reported shooting around 12:30 a.m. When they arrived, officers found three people suffering from gunshot wounds, police said. The initial investigation revealed the victims were sitting stationary in a vehicle on the street in front of the address on Chandler Street when black car pulled up next to them and one occupant started shooting, according to police.The suspect vehicle then fled the area toward Old Greensboro Road.One of the victims is in critical and life-threatening condition, one is in serious, but stable condition and the third victim has a non-life-threatening injury.No arrests have been made yet.This is an active investigation.Anyone with information about the shooting can contact the Winston-Salem Police Department at 336-773-7700 or CrimeStoppers at 336-727-2800.
