Wisconsin's Blackhawk Park hosts first Cops & Bobbers event

McDowell, a DNR game warden and part-time deputy sheriff, was one of several dozen officers, biologists, first responders, and others who volunteered to teach county kids about fishing, fish biology, and fish management.
