In conjunction with its annual Smokin' Hog fundraising event, Western Illinois University's Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity will host a concert by country music performer Dylan Wheeler at 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at the chapter house, at 1010 N. Lafayette St., in Macomb.
