That suspect now identified as 27yearold akayed ullah. We are investigating and it indicates that the male was wearing improvised, lowtech explosive device attached to his body. He intentionally detonated that device. Elizabeth authorities revealed the pipe bomb had wires a battery back. We are told the device did not detonate fully, seriously wounding only the suspect. This was an attempted terrorist attack. Thank god the perpetrator did not achieve his ultimate goal.
