It is very fine, powdery snow. The reason temperatures are so low, it produces that type of snow. Where it is the heaviest right now, we are seeing it in baltimore county, eastern howard county, Prince Georges County, some moderate snow coming down now, and south of fredericksburg, everywhere really, even back to the west in fosters county. County, youlpeper are seeing the light snow. Where is the storm system right now . It is still down to the south and east. It is bringing rain where temperatures are warmer, but it is still to our south and east. Thes moving up not only in coast but away from the coast.
