They also are expected to confirm the appointments of three University officers to serve the board as secretary, treasurer and assistant secretary, and assistant treasurer. Additional action items on Thursday’s agenda include a Consumers Energy utility easement request, amendment to the WMU Foundation bylaws and amendments to the Faculty Senate’s constitution.
