Workers needed as Stratford's small biz community begins Step 3 ramp up

Public-health restrictions are easing across the entire province first thing Friday morning.
Under Step 3, indoor dining and fitness facilities can make a return, museums, movie theatres, and other indoor venues can reopen (with some limits), personal care services will be allowed more capacity, and people will have permission for larger social gatherings.
