A man is hospitalized right now after being shot by a Philadelphia Police officer this morning, Authorities Say they were responding to a robbery call in West Philadelphia when the man tried to ambush them and the man robbed someone at gun point, the man ran off and waited for an officer around the corner, the officers partner pulled up in his cruiser possibly just in time. His partner inside of the vehicle, he was ordered to drop the gun multiple times when he turned the corner and when hep failed to drop the gun, his partner fired one time striking the robber in the stomach.
