Police say they put a stop to the man terrorizing kop customers all weekend. Investigators are blaming him for an Armed Robbery on saturday in the same parking garage outside of nordstroms. Thats when he jumped into the back of a womans car put a gun to her head and demanded her purse. Hes the same suspect wanted for two armed robberies in delaware. I really did not feel threatened by him except at the moment that he the first part of the encounter when he showed a gun.
