But they need help from the public to be absolutely sure. Officers say a 26yearold man was shot in the face at around 2 15 this morning here along the 2200 block of north pine street. Hes now in critical condition. Authorities are questioning a person in connection with this shooting but they wantyone who saw what happened to give them a call as w. He pled guilty to causing the Chain Reaction crash that damaged four parked cars including the one that Caroline Morgan was sitting in. She was killed. Now, the good news is there were no kids on the bus, so no kids involved here but it was that bus and then the vehicle off to the left side of the screen we see covered in a red tarp that were involved in this accident at the busy intersection of 322 and tuckahoe road here by the gulf station. You can see police still out here on the scene, a fire crew is here as well and they have the entirety of 322 at tuckahoe blocked off this afternoon. Coming out here as they continue their accident investigation, you want to avoid that intersection. You can use 654, which is main street, or the black horse pike, route 42 instead but 322 to be avoided there in Monroe Township Gloucester County. Also wants to steer clear of 70 this afternoon in cherry hill. Its emergency construction here taking out the left lane on the westbound side. Single digit speeds. I would stick with 38 or maybe kresson road as some alternate. Then in audubon getting word of a crash along the white horse pike at kings highway there by lennys driving school. As of an hour ago fema could not tell us the number or give us an accurate number of those who are sheltering here in philadelphia saying that those refugees, the number of those refugees is fluid from day to day but advocates claim unless someone steps in soon, some of those refugees could be homeless here. [speaking foreign language] reporter activists claiming 70 plus families to be evicted from local residences they have been staying in since coming from puerto rico the evictions because the feds will stop paying something called t. S. A. , transitional shelter assistance. The group among those who lost their homes following Hurricane Maria. Philadelphia advocates say they are looking for a temporary fix so people dont become homeless. Extension from t. S. A. , 30 days we can find enough places for them to live and another family can help them stay with them or a church. Reporter the mayor today said while this is a federal issue, he will look into the situation. I just was made aware of this before i walked out the door. The Governors Office late today says it is going request a fema extension and finally the governor of puerto rico is expected to visit philadelphia on friday. The money was given by the Cardinal Village Senior Living communities which has been collecting donations to help Operation Safe haven become a reality for vets who have nowhere to live and receive assistance.
