And wind chill advisory in place for Northern Virginia and central virgina western virginia and all the way up to mary pennsylvania. And part of this out west is in place. It runs from 9 p. M. This evening to 9 a. M. Tomorrow wind chill value in Single Digits and at times down below zero okay. It will be bitterly cold. Really it stays bitterly cold the next several days here. I dont see much relief coming this week. And then another arctic air mass comes in late in the week. Wow, im full of good news, right . 19 degrees now and you can see martinsburg at 12. Frederick at 18. Culpeper at 18 degrees and mannasas 15. And when you factor in the quind already some places below zero it feels like for gaithersburg and this is not a constant number it goes up and down as the wind gets stronger and the wind gets lighter. So this is just a snapshot in time from the wind chill factor. But you can on. Satellite and radar a few clouds. But mostly clear. Later on today, we could have a few flurries coming across. Temperatures stay in the 20s for everybody. Some places lower 20s and i think well make it up to 26 degrees. And heres your new years eve forecast. Need i say very cold. Single digit feel out there. Court documents say the raid was part of an investigation into a possible radicalized isis supporter and now federal agents arrested shawn dunkin a u. S. Citizen that moved from pittsburgh to virginia over the summer and fbi was tracking dunkin for months after a Family Member tipped them off that dunkin convert todd islam and may have been radicalized and he is accused of destroying evidence and obstructing justice and could face more charges. Metro place are investigating an officer involved the shooting in northeast. Chief newsam spoke about the case last night. He said the officer was responding to Domestic Violence incidents along h street when the officer arrived police say he was approached by a man with a gun and the officer fired at the suspect then taken to the hospital in critical condition. And the community in rest incomes together to honor two neighbors after they were brutally murdered in their home.
