All right, back to some news here at 7 15, the two cousins accused in the killings of four bucks county men, well, they are headed back to court this morning for a formal arraignment. Prosecutors have filed paperwork to make sure the Death Penalty is still an option against Cosmo Dinardo and sean kratz. Dinardo admitted to his part in the killings. In exchange for prosecutors not seeking the Death Penalty investigators found the bodies of these four men as you know we covered this story at a farm in souls bury, that was back in july. Prosecutors believe the cousins lured the four men to the farm to sell them drugs. It is hard to believe it has been five years since immeasureable tragedy struck in one small town in connecticut. Five years since that gunman stormed that Elementary School sandy hook, and killed all of those little first graders, and six staffers, before taking his own life. Twentysix people, many of those children would have turn 11 or 12 this year.
