Developing in Chester County investigators say the shooting that left 15yearold dead is drug related. The District Attorney is now released surveillance photos of what authorities think is a shooters get away car. Investigators say ninth greater Jason Ortiz Cameron and some friends planned a rob bro during marijuana deal at a Dunkin Donuts parking lot on nut road just before 7 30 last night. Police say a car pulled up with group of folks inside much the two groups started arguing and someone pulled a gun and shot ortiz cameron. He died later at a hospital. The da is asking anyone in that car to please come forward. A woman is dead and nearly three dozen other residents cant go back home after an Apartment Fire in princeton. Police say 73yearold loris is a bar tone died inside her apartment as fire tour through the complex on billy ellis lane about 9 00 last night. Reporter water freezes as it clinics to philly firefight firefighters battling ang Early Morning blaze. In burlington county, a river bank rescue leads to a moment of lost footing. And tuesday in bucks, a man pulled from frigid waters in the nick of time. Icy rescues that test the endurance of even the most seasoned emergency responders. You have to smash the ice to get to the boat ramp accessible by car and boat. Equipment was freezing. Rope was freezing. Different things hike that. Making sure all of our equipment can be used. Forecasters are predicting more snow this weekend. Of course, sometimes you just have to make the most of it while playing at a School Playground in erie. Lake superior also heron but lake erie, ontario still not quite frozen oh thats why were dealing with that lake effect snow as we take a look right now at ultimate doppler you can see lake effect snow around Lake Michigan and moving back toward cleveland and erie and take a look at the snow to end the year. Well watch another clipper that will move across the great lakes, dumping more snow around erie. We have breaking news out of new york city. 12 people have died including a oneyearold baby after a fire ripped through an Apartment Building in the bronx. Four others are in critical condition. More than 150 firefighters have been battling the flames in the bitter temperatures to rescue many from that fivestory building. A block from the bronx zoo. Flames broke out just before 7 00 it appears firefighters now have it under control. No word yet on what may have started it. Happening now, authorities believe they now know what caused the death of an 11yearold girl during a sleepover in northeast philadelphia. Meanwhile that community is stepping up to help the family dealing with this tragedy during the holidays. Fox 29s Dave Schratwieser with more from northeast detective d. The findings are that it most likely will be a natural death. Reporter that was the word from Philadelphia Police thursday following a thorough investigation and an autopsy on 11yearold jordan, who died during a sleepover tuesday night at a neighbors home an angus place in the northeast. There was no sign of trauma or foul play. They have a couple tests a neuro pathology test theyre waiting to come back and a toxicology test that were waiting to come back. I think everybody feels for them. Reporter neighbors like Rachel Tidman and her family were still in shock over the king girls death. Its sad. My daughter used to play with her. So its really sad report roar Police Released the autopsy results 24 hours after jordan was found unresponsive in a second floor bedroom at her neighbors home. A search of the home yielded few clues as to what caused her death. No parent should lose their child. Reporter as her family grieved behind closed doors a gofundme page set up to help with funeral arrangements generated 8,000. Sources say neighbors and friends have also stepped up, some even offering to pay for the funeral and a headstone for the young girl. I think its great. Um, this is a closeit in neighborhood. Reporter Rachel Tidman, meanwhile, explained how she broke the sad news of jordans death to her own daughter. I told her that, um, something happened to her in her sleep. Shes sad. Shes sad. Reporter tidman says she will always have fond memories of the young girl who touched so many lives here. She was very generous. She would always take the time out to play with me little girl. Report roar those gofundme donations have now risen to more than 10,000. Tests by the medical examiner could take a few more weeks to complete. Police say a masked man walked into the wing stop on aramingo tuesday night, grabbed a worker from behind and held gun back as he was choking her. Officers say he then struck the other employee, a 16yearold boy in the head with gun and ordered him to the safe and register before taking off with the moneyn camera. Two Milwaukee Police officers saved two teens from burning car. Foxs brent limon takes us to the scene. Reporter just before 8 00 tuesday night, this 1999 pontiac grand am crashed into a utility pole near 55th an andville lard right in front of these officers who just happened to be on patrol in the area. Immediately we knew the car was on fire. Reporter without any hesitation, sly and read ran toward the car. Back up, back up, back up. This is one of the worse vehicle accidents i witnessed. Reporter body cameras showed them pulling two unconscious teens to safety. A third occupant was able to escape on his own by pushing a window out with his feet. That takes huge amount of bravery. Reporter the officers say none of the victims remember anything about the crash. The driver is 16 year old boy from milwaukee will be cited for failure to yield and wreck bless driving. But the two teens pulled from the car are alive thanks to the heroics of these officers. You guys back up, car is on fire help save someone theres n no,s are theyre no better feeling than that. We are now hearing the frantic 911 calls in the deadly amtrak Train Derailment in washington state. Fear and panic can be heard in newly released calls following the crash ten days ago south of seattle. Three people died. Dozens of others were hurt when the train on its inaugural run fell on to busy highway. The chilling 911 audio as passengers begged dispatchers for help. Were on amtrak train accident. Final report today confirms what federal investigators found behind a deadly amtrak crash near chester the National Transportation safety board blames a weak Company Culture for safety for the april 2016 train crash. The train slammed into a maintenance backhoe killing amtrak employees Joseph Carter and peter a dam mow vets. Investigators say a number of mistakes happened on that day including a lack of communication to reroute trains from a work zone where the train hit the backhoe.
