Only few blocks from temple university. The fire started around midnight and when crews arrived they found heavy fire on the first floor of the home. It was placed under control within about a half hour. Deputy fire commissioner, jessie wilson, says one of the victims was found dead inside the home. A second victim was transported to temple hospital, and later died. The fire was contained to a single home. So Neighboring Properties were not affected, the cause of the fire remains under investigation, again, at this point, fire officials could not say whether or not there were smoke, working smoke detectors.
