All of the closures are starting to go into effect around the parade route. Another closure, the lincoln drive, thats because after accident, shutdown between wissahickon and gypsy lane. The schuylkill expressway, a lot of extra volume this morning, but the offramps to Spring Garden are closed again, putting up the barriers and the big trash trucks, that the city said would be used to block the parade route, already going into effect. Remember, there is no parking in the stadium complex here. Right now they are allowing you to exit at broad street, maybe some of the entrepreneurs with some of the smaller lots may decide to open up like jethrow, some of those smaller lots around the few Distribution Center there. But broad street, again, the closures are in effect, the barriers rupp. Even around city hall, as steve keeley has been showing us, then of course the inner drive of the ben franklin parkway shutdown as well as we get ready for the parade. It was what ive been waiting for, suffering through all of those bad years, to have this happen and the way it happened, and to beat the patriots, couldnt be sweeter.
