She told police geer had guns in the home. While officers were there, geer was told to keep his hands up. Torres told investigators he saw geer move his hands below his waste but other officers there as well as witnesses say he dropped his hands to his shoulders. Torres fired the shot that killed geer. John geers father don watched it all pphaen John Geer Don geer also said he was hoping justice would prevail in this case and he knew it eventually would although he hoped it would have happened a lot sooner than it did.
