YLE: Orpo's proposal for push-back procedure on eastern bord

The Finnish government is exploring its options as it prepares to re-open border-crossing points on the border between Finland and Russia. YLE on Tuesday reported that legal experts have rejected the idea of resorting to a push-back procedure, saying it would constitute a clear violation of international obligations.
