York County Libraries to reopen for browsing services on Monday Updated Jan 24, 2021; York County Libraries will reopen for in-library browsing starting Monday, according to a press release. One exception will be Kreutz Creek Library in Hellam, which because of its small size will continue offering lobby pickup only. Village Library in Jacobus will offer browsing services by appointment only. “We have kept a close eye on COVID-19 levels in York County and the Commonwealth. It is with everyone’s health and safety in mind, that we have adjusted our services accordingly as we see a marked shift in numbers,” York County Libraries President Robert F. Lambert said in a press release.
