Zubiri: Scrapped P500M confidential fund from OVP won't be r

MANILA, Philippines: Senate President Juan Miguel 'Migz' Zubiri on Thursday assured that the P500 million confidential fund in the proposed budget of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) for 2024 will no longer be restored when the bicameral conference committee (Bicam) convenes to reconcile the differing versions of the national spending measures of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
