CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - Eight municipalities in the province of Lanao del Norte have been declared "drug-free" based on the assessment by the Northern Mindanao's Regional Oversight Committee on Dangerous Drugs (ROCDD) and verified by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Region 10 (PDEA-10).
