EEOC Allowing EEO-1 Report Submissions Until May 17 2022
2021 EEO-1 Component 1 reporting period currently underway. Employers with 100 or more employees must submit 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Report by Tuesday May 17 2022. EEOC extended deadline to permit additional time like last year extending the deadline many times. EEOC has FAQ.
