GENEVA - Russia's invasion of Ukraine has forced 1.3 million people to flee the country, the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) said Saturday as another UN organization said the fighting has severely affected the water, sanitation, and hygiene for millions of besieged Ukrainians.
