MANILA - New recoveries from the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) reached 6,887 on Saturday, raising the tally to 2,693,162 or 96.7 percent of the overall case count, the Department of Health (DOH) reported. The number of active cases is also up by 4,008, pushing the active cases to 47,690, at least 74.4 percent of whom have mild symptoms, 5.1 percent asymptomatic, 2.7 percent critical, 6.5 percent severe, and 11.27 percent moderate.
