DOH logs 3,218 new Covid-19 cases, lowest since Sept. 11
MANILA - The Philippines logged its lowest daily coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases in over a month, with 3,218 new infections reported on Wednesday. In its Covid-19 bulletin, the Department of Health (DOH) said this brought the total number of active cases to 50,152, lower than Tuesday's 53,642. Wednesday's figure of new cases is the lowest since September 11, when the country logged a peak of 26,303 new infections.
