Markets started thinking okay, this could be an even bigger number. that's probably why you are not seeing a major reaction today. also, oil prices have been picking up once again. the last time i looked, it was up at $103.20. that's the level where you start to see concern building back in. no way should you look at this in any other form than these are good numbers. main street certainly is going to be thinking that and the mark market's knee jerk reaction is not the best indication. >> cnbc's becky quick at the labor department. we will get the first reaction from the white house coming up....
