Happened. because if he's there under subpoena, he must testify under oath, he won't be perceived as having slammed the administration. consider if he had voluntary come in and said i can't wait and then he comes in and destroys the president, imagine, with this story of nefarious wrong-doing, well then the president would say he had an ax to grind, he volunteered to come in, he wanted to come in and slam me. so why would you believe somebody like that. i think strategically, waiting for a subpoena is probably the right thing. i don't see him resisting much beyond that. although other people i...
