Army Officer Candidate School No.1 recognized as national relic site
PANO – The Army Officer Candidate School No.1 held a ceremony on April 14 to mark its 77th founding anniversary (April 15, 1945 - 2022) and receive a certificate recognizing the place where President Ho Chi Minh awarded the flag with the words “Loyal to the Nation, Filial to the People” to the school as a national relic site.
