State President sees off personnel of Vietnam's Engineering Company Rotation 1 and L2FH Rotation 4
PANO - State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended a see-off ceremony on April 27 for personnel of the Engineering Company Rotation 1 and the Level-2 Field Hospital (L2FH) Rotation 4, who are going to undertake U.N. peacekeeping duties in Abyei and South Sudan respectively.
