A nine-year-old girl and her father were shot and killed while hunting in South Carolina after being mistaken for deer.
 Kim Drawdy, 30, and his 9-year-old daughter, 
Lauren, were hunting in the woods near their Walterboro home with two other people on New Year's Day.
They were driving a group of deer, which is when hunters walk toward the animals to move them, when shots rang out. Drawdy and his daughter were both struck and died from their injuries.
The girl's family said she loved hunting with her father and shot her first deer just a few weeks ago.
