Pennsylvania State Senator Dave Arnold (R-48th, Lebanon County) died Sunday following a battle with brain cancer.Arnold was elected to represent the 48th Senatorial District in a special election held on Jan. 14, 2020. The 48th District includes the entirety of Lebanon County, northern York County and southern Dauphin County.
