The Maui News Maui Health has reopened vaccine appointments to Phase 1a and 1b qualified residents, the hospital operator announced Monday. Phase 1a includes health care personnel and long-term care residents; Phase 1b includes frontline essential workers and adults 75 years and older. Residents in those phases who are registered under the Vaccine Administration Management System, or VAMS, can now access the portal to make their first-dose vaccination appointment.
