Say give trump credit for increasing the defense spending by these countries. you know, he was so critical of nato during his campaign in 2016. macron has been pushing back on that saying, you know, nato is a brain drain because trump is not providing the leadership. trump is more supportive of nato and saying it's good the stand that i took actually brought these other allies of ours that were not shouldering the burden ourselves anymore and the allies are upping their defense budgets to $400 billion. that's significant i would think and that would play well to his base. >> neil: thanks, guys...
