MANILA - The nation's total number of recovered coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases has reached 2,698,871 after 5,825 new recoveries were reported on Sunday. In its 4 p.m. case bulletin, the Department of Health (DOH) said recoveries account for 96.8 percent of the total case count which has reached 2,787,276. Meanwhile, some 3,410 new infections brought the total number of active cases nationwide to 45,233.
