Haryana health minister Anil Vij CHANDIGARH: Haryana health minister Anil Vij, who launched the third phase of Covid-19 vaccination in the state on Monday, said he did not need the vaccine as his antibodies count was around 300 because of the shots taken during trials. Even chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar did not opt for the vaccination, saying, “My antibodies count is above 100. I have consulted the physician as well.
