Two underground Ultrafast Fibre cables were completely were cut, leaving 660 customers in the St Johns Hill and Otamatea area without internet on Friday afternoon. Ultrafast Fibre chief operations officer Richard Riley said he understood the outage was caused by third-party contractors who were working in the area. ....
