LUDHIANA: A Ludhiana resident died of Covid-19 and 38 tested positive on Wednesday. As per the local media bulletin, the deceased, a 72-year-old patient, was a resident of Salem Tabri. He had hypertension, diabetes and chronic kidney disease and died at DMCH. Besides, a patient from Himachal Pradesh succumbed to the virus at a city hospital and nine from outside the district tested positive here on the day.
