DOH logs 894 more recoveries

MANILA-The country has recorded 894 more individuals who recuperated from the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), bringing the recovery count to 2,397,456 as of Saturday. The Department of Health (DOH) also logged an additional 14,786 infections and 164 new fatalities, pushing the total active cases and death toll to 144,061 and 38,656, respectively. The current positivity rate is at 22.1 percent, based on the 68,233 individuals tested on September 30.
