Are okay here. investors though, are a little skittish. i will say, though i'm watching the interest rate gauges neck week. we're going to the pc. that's the fed's preferred. inflation gauge, and we'll see if that's cooled off a little bit. but mortgage rates have cooled off second week in a row that mortgage rates now 30 year fixed 6.42% which i think is sort of telling, and we're heading into the spring buying season. and so there is some actual optimism, maybe that mortgage rates could track with inflation expectations. and if we get inflation coming down that could put to give some relief ...
