New COVID-19 vaccine clinic opens in Pueblo Southern Colorado Harm Reduction Association hosted new vaccine clinic in Pueblo.. and last updated 2021-02-24 19:11:46-05 PUEBLO â Wednesday, Pueblo opened a new COVID-19 vaccine clinic. The Southern Colorado Harm Reduction Association (SCHRA) became a new vaccine site in Pueblo. The association distributed 500 doses. People who are currently eligible under state guidelines got first priority.
